We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for a digital sales tool.
You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Operate on teams and projects based in Canada for the Digital Sales Tool (secure application flow)
- Turn complex financial concepts and actions into user-friendly, accessible copy
- Work closely with Product Designers, UX researchers, product owners, digital managers, the design system team, and other stakeholders
- Conduct heuristic analysis, competitor research, and other forms of research and analysis to inform content strategy
- Promote and practice open communication and contribute to a transparent and collaborative team culture
- Prioritize deliverables and communicate content strategy to key stakeholders
Must Haves :
- 2-3 years of experience in UX Writing / Content Design
- Figma
- Large enterprise experience
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of cross-functional collaboration and ability to adapt to various working styles
- Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user
