Acting Principal

The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for an Acting Principal at Trinity Christian Academy . This position commences as soon as possible and ends February 3 2026. Strathmore is situated on the Trans Canada Highway and only 25 minutes commute from Calgary.

Trinity Christian Academy (K 9) with approximately 210 students is an alternative Christian school in the Golden Hills School Division. Applications are sought from teachers who have demonstrated excellence in their teaching and who have the ability to carry out their job duties in accordance with the mandate of the Trinity Christian Academy. References that demonstrate the candidates suitability for this position are encouraged.

Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications :

• Masters Degree in Education
• Proven success and experience as a school administrator
• An understanding of key initiatives in education including site-based leadership
• Evidence of educational leadership initiative and positive interpersonal relations with staff members parents and community members
• Evidence of the ability to work effectively within a collaborative decision-making environment and to promote a positive organizational culture.
