Job descriptionQuick start date. Enriching experience within a recognized organization. Human and stimulating work environment. DEC in office automation or a related field. Relevant experience in a similar position. Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and a good knowledge of English to communicate with English-speaking clients. Proficiency in office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong familiarity with digital tools and fast typing skills.
Tasks
- Accurately perform administrative data entry.
- Validate the compliance of received documents according to established procedures.
- Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.
