We are looking for a Sales Representative who is more than just a salesperson. We want someone who listens, understands, and builds real relationships. What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers like you have known them for years, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
• Take time to understand what they need, what they want, and what works for their budget.
• Share our lineup of Mazda vehicles in a way that is honest, informative, and down-to-earth.
• Go along for test drives, walk through features, and make sure your customers feel confident in their decision.
• Follow up with a smile, stay connected, and ensure they are looked after even after the keys are handed over.
• Pitch in around the dealership as needed, we are all in this together.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in automotive, but other industries are welcome too
• A people-first approach, you enjoy connecting with others and making them feel comfortable
• Professional, polished, and approachable
• Strong communication skills [both face-to-face and through digital channels
• Organized, dependable, and driven to succeed without needing to be micromanaged
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract

What You’ll Earn:

Commission-based income with the potential to earn $,+ annually For up to the first year, to support your growth, there is a guaranteed minimum weekly income of $.85 (unless commissions exceed that amount) Plus, the satisfaction of helping people make one of the most exciting purchases of their lives!
