FIELD SALES – MONTREAL

COTY is looking for a dynamic Sales & Education Executive for our Quebec, Ottawa & Maritimes regions. This role blends commercial acumen with a passion for training and in-store execution and will require 100% field travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Sales & Education Account Executive, you will manage key retail doors, inspire frontline beauty advisors, and drive sell-out performance for our prestige fragrance, skincare and makeup brands.

Your main focus :

  • Sales Development
  • Achieve and exceed sell-out targets for assigned territory and brands.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Plan and execute business development strategies to grow market share.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and promotional activity in-store.
  • Manage a large demonstrator budget.
  • Education & Training
  • Deliver engaging and brand-immersive training sessions to retail beauty advisors.
  • Coach and mentor store staff to strengthen product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Support new product launches with impactful education and in-store animation.
  • Drive brand advocacy through storytelling and experiential events.
  • In-store Events and Activations
  • Plan and lead execution of in-store events and promotional activations (some weekends required)
  • Identify opportunity doors for eventing and sales support

QUALIFICATIONS

We’d love to see candidates who have :

Essential :

  • 2 – 4 years of sales experience in beauty and luxury retail preferred
  • Passion for beauty, retail and consumer experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills (French / English required)
  • Proven ability to drive results in a competitive retail environment
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to travel within Quebec; occasional travel to other provinces as needed (vehicle required)

    RESPONSABILITÉS

    En tant que responsable commercial et formation, vous gérerez les principaux points de vente, inspirerez les conseillers beauté en première ligne et stimulerez les performances de vente de nos marques prestigieuses de parfums, de soins de la peau et de maquillage.

    Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Développement des vents
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente pour le territoire et les marques qui vous sont attribués.
  • Établir des relations solides avec les partenaires détaillants afin de maximiser les opportunités de vente.
  • Planifier et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de développement commercial afin d'accroître la part de marché.
  • Surveiller les performances de vente, les niveaux de stock et les activités promotionnelles en magasin.
  • Gérer un budget important pour les démonstrateurs.
  • Formation et éducation
  • Organiser des sessions de formation attrayantes et immersives sur la marque à l'intention des conseillers beauté en magasin.
  • Encadrer et accompagner le personnel en magasin afin de renforcer leurs connaissances sur les produits et leurs compétences commerciales.
  • Soutenir le lancement de nouveaux produits grâce à des formations percutantes et des animations en magasin.
  • Promouvoir la marque à travers des récits et des événements expérientiels.
  • Événements et activations en magasin
  • Planifier et diriger la mise en œuvre d'événements en magasin et d'activations promotionnelles (certains week-ends requis)
  • Identifier les opportunités d'événements et de soutien aux ventes

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Nous recherchons des candidats qui possèdent :

  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans la vente dans le secteur de la beauté et du luxe, de préférence
  • Une passion pour la beauté, la vente au détail et l'expérience client
  • D'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de présentation (français / anglais requis)
  • Capacité avérée à obtenir des résultats dans un environnement de vente au détail concurrentiel
  • Motivation personnelle et solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
  • Capacité à voyager au Québec ; déplacements occasionnels dans d'autres provinces si nécessaire (véhicule requis)
