Deep Trekker is a leader in innovative underwater robotics, providing cutting-edge solutions for various industries, including defense, aquaculture, infrastructure inspection, and more. We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Specialist to support our growing sales team.

Job Description :

The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling inbound leads, assisting with follow-up on quotes and meetings, and providing key administrative support to free up time for higher-value sales activities. This role will also be responsible for helping with trade show leads, sales research, and maintaining consistent communication efforts across the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to inbound leads : Manage customer inquiries and incoming communications with friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Deal follow-up : Assist sales team by following up on sent quotes and meetings, ensuring consistent touchpoints with prospects.
  • Support quotes for traveling sales reps : Prepare and send quotes for team members who are on the road or at trade shows.
  • Manage trade show contacts : Input trade show contacts into CRM systems and send follow-up emails.
  • Prospecting research : Assist with research for new leads and support email campaigns to prospects.
  • Live chat support : Answer inquiries from the company’s live chat tool and direct leads to the appropriate team members.
  • Sales phone support : Answer sales calls and route them as needed.
  • General sales admin tasks : Support the team with miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
  • Backup for order processing and fleet management : Learn these processes to provide backup for key team members when needed.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in technology and robotics is a plus
