Field Service Specialist

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Post-Collection Field Services Specialist to oversee and optimize the operations within their post-collection network. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth material movement, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with various teams and external partners to enhance the overall efficiency of the recycling supply chain.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Field Oversight : Visit and monitor collection sites to solve any operational problems.
• Quality Control : Ensure collected materials are properly sorted and handled.
• Coordination : Collaborate with transporters for efficient and accurate material movement.
• Logistics Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in the transportation process.
• Project Management : Oversee special projects and provide detailed reports.
• Support Services : Assist receiving facilities and support audit processes to maintain quality and compliance.
• Work closely with other departments within our client's organization and external partners such as local governments and waste management companies.
• Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
