Responsibilities :

Merchandising Delivery :

  • Set up promotions and new product PDPs (product detail pages) & landing pages using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Activate site personalization, features, promotions, PDPs, landing pages, content, and articles.
  • Execute the configuration of EINSTEIN recommender within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Resolve tickets for Salesforce Merch projects and services.

CX Optimization :

  • Optimize site for URL journeys, SEO, and search content.
  • Support customer services by addressing CX content & promotion-related queries.

    • Maintenance & Testing :

  • Implement content A / B testing.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and planned end-to-end testing and QA.
  • Manage site quotas and clean up.
  • Handle product catalogue management.

    • Platform Management :

  • Execute 3rd party apps for promotions.
  • Activate pop-up strategies.

    • Merchandising Best Practices :

  • Collaborate with the Head of Merch to gather and disseminate best practice examples.

    • In-Depth Knowledge of :

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
  • Site optimization tactics
  • E-Salesforce Commerce Cloud EINSTEIN configuration
  • Brand Ecommerce team roles & responsibilities and operations
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • Agile ways of working
