CNC and Manual Machinist : Harvey 2345

We have a permanent fulltime position that is open, for a machinist with CNC and Manual working experience.

We are a manufacturing machine shop, located in Burnaby BC.

REQUIREMENTS :

Must be able to setup and operate CNC’s, and have current experience with G-code.
We are looking for machinists with 3 to 10 years plus of working experience.
A Red Seal ticket is not required, would be a plus
Programming experience would be an asset. Mastercam
Must be able, to read production drawings.
The individual has to be reliable and will also perform related tasks to a machine shop

We have the following CNC equipment :

Okuma Howa (5-axis vertical / horizontal mill)

Mori Seiki (9-axis multi-tasking CNC lathe)

Shizuoka (vertical CNC mill)

Dainichi (CNC lathe)

Milltronics (vertical CNC mill).

This is a fulltime position

Salary of $30.00 plus per hour, depending on experience.

Must be willing, to work staggered daytime shifts, of 7 : 00 to 3 : 30 or 9 : 30 to 6 : 00 PM.
