We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.
Duration : 12 months
Responsibilities :
Provide industry-leading customer service via phone and email, ensuring prompt handling of inquiries and timely follow-ups.
Set up and support Lender and Broker profiles for participation in the MCI programs.
Offer business support for Mortgage Protection Plan processes, assisting Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, and Sales team members with policies, compensation, sales tips, licensing, and product training.
Partner with the Sales team to facilitate broker training presentations.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues from Brokers or Sales, ensuring timely resolution through Production Support.
Identify and suggest process and technology improvements.
Collaborate across teams to support various business initiatives.
Act as a resource for internal department inquiries.
Requirements :
2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, and data entry.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Capable of working both independently and within a team.
Flexible in taking on new tasks and responsibilities to support the sales team.
Nice-To-Have Skills :
Experience in the Mortgage Creditor Industry is a plus.
Bilingual in French and English is an asset but not required.
