The Coordinator, Staffing Services is the primary point of contact for management staff related to scheduling and / or timekeeping. The Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership to the Staffing Services team within the applicable health services delivery area (HSDA). The incumbent provides knowledge and expertise in the scheduling and timekeeping duties performed by the Staffing Services departments and participates in the development and implementation of Staffing Services processes, policies and procedures. The Coordinator ensures adequate departmental staffing levels are in place, and ensures direct reports are trained to perform the duties of their position. Develops procedures and processes to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. The Coordinator, Staffing Services provides guidance, coaching and problem solving assistance to staff and leads the team by fostering a motivating and respectful workplace.
Starting salary will be approximately from $74,618 to $93,273 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
