Senior Managing Consultant SAP Finance

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Consultant with strong end-to-end Finance and Controlling expertise and a proven track record of leading teams on S/4HANA implementations. This role will be a Finance SME on SAP S/4HANA, responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions to address complex client requirements.

• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions.
• Lead solution design and delivery across FI-GL, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, and Controlling.
• Own and manage cross-module integrations between FI/CO and MM, SD, EAM/PM, and other logistics modules, ensuring end-to-end process integrity.
• Lead and support project teams across design, build, and test phases, including test strategy definition, test planning, execution oversight, and defect resolution.
• Guide and support business users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solution readiness and business sign-off.
• Support cutover planning and execution, go-live, post-go-live stabilization, and end-user training activities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Finance solution topics, coordinating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to SAP practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, and business development pursuits.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Strong hands-on and leadership experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Proven experience designing and managing integrations between Finance and MM, SD, EAM/PM, and related logistics modules.
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes, with the ability to align SAP solutions to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience integrating SAP packaged solutions into complex client environments to achieve measurable business results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead client discussions and guide project teams effectively.
• Experience managing or supporting test management processes across system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to mentor and lead team members to meet project milestones and quality expectations.

This role is open to multiple locations. French proficiency is required for hiring in Quebec.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience working with offshore or global delivery teams on large-scale implementations.
• Exposure to Proof of Concepts (POCs) or innovation initiatives leveraging new SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with an understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies and tools.
• Prior involvement in RFP responses, solution design, and proposal development activities.
