Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Linux Systems Administrator to join our team.

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday

Role responsibilities

The Linux Systems Administrator will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of all platforms supporting the company business applications. S / He will be responsible for the health and operations of our Windows and Linux based servers and storage systems with a focus on operational activities, proactive capacity management and event monitoring. He / She will be part of a collaborative team but also work individually on business and operations projects, seeing them through to completion.

Experience with : Proxmox, Pfsense, VMware ESXi, VLAN, Windows Server AD / DHCP / DNS, BIND, ISC-DHCP, SAMBA, Docker, Digital Ocean, VNC, Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS), MySQL, MSSQL server, Bash scripting

Assets if knowledgeable in the following : Ansible, Amazon AWS, Gitlab, Docker Swarm, Portainer, Traefik, LibreNMS, Galera Cluster, NAS(QNAP), PetaSAN, OpenVPN

L' administrateur de systèmes Linux sera responsable de la conception, de l'installation, de la configuration, de l'administration et de la maintenance de toutes les plateformes soutenant les applications commerciales de l'entreprise. Il / elle sera responsable de la santé et des opérations de nos serveurs et systèmes de stockage basés sur Windows et Linux en mettant l'accent sur les activités opérationnelles, la gestion proactive de la capacité et la surveillance des événements. Il / elle fera partie d'une équipe collaborative mais travaillera également individuellement sur des projets d'entreprise et d'exploitation, en les menant à bien.
