Job Description

THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE

As destinationone transitions to a specialized, subscription-based recruitment model, we are proactively building a pipeline of the best candidates and seeking six Client Success Partners (CSPs) to enhance our client management capabilities in various industries.

This pivotal role is designed for individuals adept at nurturing client relationships and handling complex client portfolios, making it ideal for those who thrive in a high-energy, innovative environment.

Responsibilities include recruitment and account management for assigned clients, contributing significantly to our strategic business operations.

Industry Focus : Healthcare , HealthTech , Non-Profit , Government (Municipalities) , Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Legal .

Role Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10 clients allocated by our sales team, focusing on delivering high-quality recruitment services and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a minimum of 50 roles annually per client, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
  • Maintain a proactive approach in managing and resolving client issues, fostering a positive, long-term relationship.
  • Gather client feedback to continually refine and improve service offerings.
  • Aim to achieve at least a 50% renewal rate for client contracts through exceptional service delivery and client management, directly impacting our innovative subscription-based business model.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in recruitment and account management within the targeted industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts and achieving recruitment targets.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Zoho) systems to track clients effectively and manage candidate life-cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role in sales. Exceptional skills in data gathering, analysis, and entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong familiarity with CRM software and data management. Ability to categorize and systematize large volumes of data efficiently.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of the specific regional markets (British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon) is highly preferred. Must be proactive, with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
