Technical Telecom BSA – Oracle Order Service Management
Role :
Looking for Technical Telecom BSA (OSM) working primarily from our Brampton office, will be driving modern software data engineering through cloud native development. Our teams are engaged in the latest technologies as they deliver new solutions for Customer. We’re looking for someone who loves technology, is curious and confident, and can work with business to design elegant solutions to difficult problems.
Job Responsibilities :
- Design modern development practices
- Enhance and maintain existing solutions bringing in lessons learnt and best practices
- Proactively recommend solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of different approaches
- Collaborate with the development team, support, and business on day to day development requests and support
- Collaborate with multiple teams both upstream and downstream for development and issue resolution
- Actively document all activities and participate in peer review for code and documentation
- Leads solution designs, documents architecture and creates high-level design documents
- Proactively provides objective feedback to consultants and development partners to ensure proper execution of projects

Telecom Wireless and Wireline lines of business in Order managementSolid understanding of provisioningERM processesTechnical : No Hands on but good understandingOperating System : Windows, UNIX / Linux, AzureArchitectures : Event based, Micro Services, Distributed, SOA, TOSCA Cloudify (cloud)Having strong knowledge and understanding in Oracle applications Order and Service Management (OSM) and Automated Service Activation Program (ASAP).Design experience in various orchestration and provisioning solutions using Oracle OSM (NGPP ) and ASAP for services like mobile, wireline, IPTV, Internet etc.Possess experience in project design discussion with client, implementation, QA testing support, production support and application maintenance.Design / writing Jira StoriesTechnical documentation, the project implementation plans.DAL environment setup.General Knowledge :Agile SDLC (Jira)Developing in a CI / CD Pipelines (J-unit, Jenkins, Bamboo, SonarCube)Containers (Openshift, Kubernetes)API and Microservice DevelopmentMonitoring, Alarming and troubleshooting tool such as Prometheus, Grafana and ELK
