Reporting to the Digital Business Solutions (DBS) team, you will be responsible for the implementation, evolution, and support of new business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform across the company.

As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of products and features for a variety of internal stakeholders, leveraging Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Power Platform.

What You Will Do

• Manage and Operate the Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform environments (Prod / Dev)
• Lead Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), implement best practices, and support growing enterprise maturity.
• Guide and make recommendations for enterprise business convergence to leverage Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform technology stack and related investments.
• Support and guide our Maker community and help develop our Power Champions.
• Head Low-Code / No-Code adoption initiatives to enable business users leveraging the Power Platform to solve their business needs by automating, integrating, and developing solutions across the organisation while positioning them for future solutions
• Structure and guide workshops with customers, documents requirements, and designs appropriate solutions on the Power Platform
• Served as subject matter expert in discussions with business customers, conduct knowledge transfer, hackathons, and awareness sessions
• Hands-on designing and developing Power Platform solutions that span Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 services, enhanced with AI when appropriate.
• Build product enhancements including hierarchy, forms, fields, entities, business rules, workflows, flows, security, and any supporting infrastructure
• Participate in any other related activity (user stories, end-to-end process definitions, documentation, parameterization, configuration, testing, debugging, etc.)
• Stay current on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud technologies that support the Center of Excellence for best practices and methodologies

What You Bring To The Role

• Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in information technology
• Have two (2) years experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Have one (1) year of experience in developing with Power Platform
• Very experienced with the Office 365 / Microsoft 365 suite of productivity tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Power Platform implementations & customizations (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, etc.)

• Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dataverse (Security, Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and Web API
• Understanding of API or services integrations with multiple data sources
• Experience participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
• Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline / automate business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
• Strong communication skills with collaborative, team-oriented nature
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
• A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes
• Must be fluently bilingual in French and English

Assets

Hold one or more of the following certifications :

o MB-910 - Dynamics 365 Fundamentals

o PL-900 - Power Platform Fundamentals

o AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

• Have knowledge or experience with Azure DevOps
• Scrum methodology awareness and previous work in an agile environment
