Summer 2026 Internship Program

Nex is on a mission to help families rediscover the joy of movement. Nex Playground the companys award-winning active play system is purpose-built to get families moving year-round with safety and privacy as core considerations in its intentional design. It is certified kidSAFE COPPA compliant and built to support healthy active play for all ages and abilities.

Nex Playground features a growing library of 50 experiences including motion and dance games fitness and educational experiences and Nex Originals. Content includes collaborations with partners like Hasbro Sesame Workshop and NBCUniversal. Location: Vancouver British Columbia (Hybrid)
Salary: CAD 20 - CAD 25 per hour

The Role

Our 3-month summer internship program is now open for applications! Expect to dive into real-world work gaining broad exposure by tackling on-the-job tasks and learning from seasoned pros. Youll see how different parts of the business collaborate to create value while enjoying hands-on projects mentorship and exposure to authentic business challenges.

Opportunities are available inCustomer Experience team. Our interns will focus on projects and learning opportunities specific to that area.

What Youll Do

• Work on real-world projects within your track each with defined objectives success criteria and measurable impact.
• Gather analyze and synthesize information to support decision-making; translate business questions into actionable plans.
• Work closely with a dedicated mentor who will support your learning journey and professional development.
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to decision-making; participate in final project presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tackle meaningful business challenges.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree (any field relevant to the track).
• Curiosity initiative and a collaborative mindset youre eager to learn and contribute.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to deliver high-quality work within the internship window.
