Starting base salary $62,000 - $82,000 CAD

Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits

What You Will Be Doing

The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday Adaptive Planning tool, providing financial analysis and reporting support. This role combines technical system administration with financial modeling, reporting, and data insights in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Financial Systems Administration

  • Oversee configuration and maintenance of Workday Adaptive Planning, including user management, security, and system dimensions.
  • Support integrations with Oracle NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Adaptive Web Reporting and OfficeConnect.
  • Manage budget and forecast versions, ensuring alignment with approved figures.
  • Configure global financial assumptions like FX rates and compensation data.
  • Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting Adaptive Planning issues.

Financial Analysis & Support

  • Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes.

    • What You’ll Bring To This Role

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or related roles, with SaaS metrics knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite, BI tools, or reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications like Workday Adaptive Planning are a plus.
