As a Key Holder you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You are passionate about fashion customer service and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brands image and making customers feel comfortable cared for and confident. You bring energy style expertise and a customer-first mindset to everything you dofrom the fitting room to the cash register.

Day In The Life

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately handling customer transactions with professionalism and care
• Utilize product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales during checkout
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by adhering to brand merchandising and presentation standards
• Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily execution

Qualifications :

• Two years experience in sales or customer service is considered an asset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced dynamic environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Availability includes evenings and weekends
