What youwill be doing :
Reviewthe daily events / reservations with the CDP or Sous Chef and preparethe necessary food items in accordance with Fairmont standards in atimely and efficient mannerFoodpreparation and cooking platingpresentationKitchen maintenance and cleaning.Following food safety requirements.Maintainingproper rotation of product in all chillers to minimizespoilageFollow all safety and sanitationpolicies when handling foodEnsure that allfood products are handled stored prepared and served safely inaccordance with hotel and Food Safety guidelines. Ensure that allECOSURE standards and processes are completed on a daily basis thisincludes but isnt limited to filling out daily temperature logslabelling and dating of items as well ensuring food storage areasare cleaned daily.Apply 5 Diamond and 5 StarService Standards at alltimesQualifications :
