Job description

Calling all electricians (309A or 442A) with experience working with automation!

Our client, located just off the Red Hill Valley Parkway in Hamilton is looking for their next electrician to join their dynamic team on a day shift.

Responsibilities

  • Use electrical schematics and closely follow Engineering specifications and / or verbal instructions to understand wiring requirements
  • Install electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, and electrical panels
  • Mount and connect motors, transformers, generators, and other electrical equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical equipment
  • Participate in the equipment testing and the FAT process
  • Follow and adhere to quality, assembly, and safety standards
  • Perform electrical building maintenance as required

    • Recommend and implement upgrades or improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.

    • Qualifications

  • 442A or 309A license
  • Experience working in a similar environment (packaging, automation)
  • A great can-do attitude
