Job description

Major Accountabilities :

Understand business processes and requirements, and translate them to specific requirements,

including Business Requirements Documents, Change Request Documents and GAP Analysis for

extension development.

Responsible for maintaining all Business Requirements documents (BRD) and test plans.

Translate business specifications into test cases and test plans.

Have advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a

must.

Responsible for creating User Interface mockups.

Able to demonstrate accuracy with reports and projects, a strong attention to detail.

Able to hold yourself accountable for the successful completion of projects in a timely manner.

Have strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.

Advantages

Responsibilities

Looking for somebody who is a strong BA and has worked with development teams in the past and can help with wireframe mockups.

Qualifications

Education / Work Experience / Designations

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Management or 3 to 5 years related experience

Demonstrated ability to adopt new technology

Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of management

Demonstrated ability to follow process and company guidelines

Demonstrated ability to follow instruction

Demonstrated ability to work collegially with others

Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
