The Automotive Customer Service Rep position interfaces with customers via inbound / outbound calls and / or via the web. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and / or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative , you’ll :

Support customer requests to update contact information or communication preferences

Assist customers with information pertaining to their vehicle (campaigns, recalls, parts, accessories, connected technologies, electrification)

Assist customers with website navigation

Recall and campaign related inquiries or complaints

Requests for reimbursement for various expenses

Roadside assistance concerns

Support for customer inquiries regarding repair procedures at authorized dealership

Warranty related inquiries and complaints

Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Automotive Customer Service Representative role include :

Experience in a customer service, contact center or concierge service environment

6 months customer service experience

Required High School Diploma

Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

Strong Windows / PC; must be able to toggle between various applications and websites

Have previous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) and / or automotive industry experience (contact center, dealership). (preferred)

The base salary range for this position is $19.35 - 24.19 / hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP), registered retirement savings plan , paid time off and holidays, and paid training days.
