The Automotive Customer Service Rep engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you’ll:

  • Support customer requests to update contact information or communication preferences

  • Assist customers with information pertaining to their vehicle (campaigns, recalls, parts, accessories, connected technologies, electrification)

  • Assist customers with website navigation

  • Recall and campaign related inquiries or complaints

  • Requests for reimbursement for various expenses

  • Roadside assistance concerns

  • Support for customer inquiries regarding repair procedures at authorized dealership

  • Warranty related inquiries and complaints

  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Automotive Customer Service Representative role include:

  • Experience in a customer service, contact center or concierge service environment

  • 6 months customer service experience

  • Required High School Diploma

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Strong Windows/PC; must be able to toggle between various applications and websites

  • Have previous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) and/or automotive industry experience (contact center, dealership). (preferred)

  • The base salary range for this position is $19.35 - 24.19/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
