Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) du Développement des affaires dynamique pour diriger notre croissance des ventes au Québec. Voici votre chance de façonner l’avenir d’une entreprise en pleine expansion dans le secteur de la gestion d’installations.

En tant que membre clé de notre équipe de direction des ventes, vous serez responsable de générer des résultats rentables grâce à l’exécution de stratégies de vente innovantes, à l’exploitation de vos contacts dans l’industrie, à l’identification des tendances émergentes et à la création de solides partenariats avec les clients. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l’expansion de notre présence sur le marché et dans l’assurance du succès à long terme.

Ce poste comprend tout ou partie des responsabilités suivantes :

  • Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de vente basées sur les connaissances du marché et les commentaires des clients.
  • Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires et des prospects à long terme.
  • Promouvoir et vendre l’ensemble du portefeuille de services et équipements en gestion intégrée des installations.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes transversales (Opérations, Estimation, Propositions) pour offrir des solutions adaptées aux clients.
  • Travailler avec l’équipe Relations avec les communautés des Peuples autochtones afin de soutenir des initiatives stratégiques et l’engagement communautaire.
  • Suivre les activités concurrentielles et les tendances du marché pour orienter la stratégie.
  • Gérer les prévisions, les indicateurs de performance et les rapports CRM.
  • Gérer des comptes stratégiques et contribuer à la planification des ventes au niveau exécutif.
  • Représenter Dexterra lors d’événements sectoriels et auprès des instances réglementaires.
  • Ce poste est un rôle de contributeur individuel.

Poste 100 % télétravail avec déplacements requis.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience confirmée en ventes et en développement de nouveaux marchés.
  • BILINGUISME FRANÇAIS ET ANGLAIS EXIGÉ (vu la nature des activités et des clients)
  • Expérience démontrée en vente de services selon une approche de « solution-selling » avec un cycle de 6 à 12 mois.
  • Expérience préalable en ventes dans la gestion d’installations ou un secteur de services connexe fortement souhaitée.
  • Antécédents de réussite dans la mise en œuvre de plans transformés en stratégies et tactiques menant à des ventes concluantes.
  • Capacité à bâtir des relations internes solides permettant de mobiliser l’expertise interne et le soutien approprié.
  • Permis de conduire valide et capacité à travailler de manière autonome en mode télétravail.
  • Disponibilité et flexibilité pour voyager au besoin.

Job Description

Are you a hunter and strategic thinker with a passion for new business development and closing the deal?

We’re looking for a dynamic Director, Business Development to lead our sales growth across Quebec. This is your opportunity to shape the future of a leading, growing company in the Facilities Management sector.

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you’ll be responsible for delivering profitable results by executing innovative sales strategies, leveraging industry contacts, identifying emerging market trends, and fostering strong client partnerships. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring long-term success.

This role performs some or all the following duties:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market insights and customer feedback.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and long-lead sales prospects.
  • Promote and sell the full Integrated Facilities Management portfolio of equipment and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Estimating, Proposals) to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Partner with the Indigenous Relations team to support strategic initiatives and community engagement.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Lead forecasting, performance metrics, and CRM reporting.
  • Manage strategic accounts and contribute to executive-level sales planning.
  • Represent Dexterra at industry events and with regulatory stakeholders
  • This role is an individual contributor.
    It is fully remote and requires travel.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5+ years of proven sales & new business development experience.
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH
  • Demonstrated “solution-selling” services sales experience through a 6–12-month cycle.
  • Previous sales experience in the Facilities Management or related service industry strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of developing plans and converting them into strategies and tactics that lead to successful account sales.
  • Build successful internal relationships that enable you to leverage internal support and subject matter expertise when required.
  • Valid driver’s licence and the ability to be operate remotely
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be flexible to travel.
