Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic UG
Our client is a leading Canadian mining company currently looking for U / G Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanics to join their team in the Sudbury area.
You will be expected to do the following :
- Ability to work with minimum direction and supervision reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all UG mobile equipment
- A self-starter who is well organized and knowledgeable in all areas of preventative maintenance
- This is a 5-5-4 schedule

What you need :
- A journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic with a minimum of three (3) years of experience with heavy mining equipment background.
- Certified in Common Core for Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining, with a minimum of three (3) years underground experience.
- Valid G driver’s license required
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly, independently
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Experience in the mining industry
