About the role

We’re looking for a Fullstack / Backend Developer specializing in APIs and AI integrations to build the next generation of investor workflows.

You will design and implement backend services, RPC endpoints, database structures, and LLM-powered features that help fund managers understand and communicate with LPs.

You’ll work across a modern, strongly-typed monorepo environment (Node.js, TypeScript, Twirp / Protobuf, Postgres / Kysely) and collaborate closely with product and frontend teams.

You’ll have deep ownership, real product influence, and the opportunity to build an industry-defining platform from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build new API endpoints and backend services in Node.js / TypeScript
• Develop AI-powered investor workflows (summarization, insights, categorization)
• Extend internal packages (RPC, utilities) across the monorepo
• Design & optimize relational database schemas and queries (Postgres / Kysely)
• Write robust unit and integration tests
• Improve API performance and scalability
• Experiment with AI / LLM integrations to unlock new product capabilities
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and infra teams
