The Financial Services group in our Corporate Department is currently seeking a mid-level associate to join its highly regarded team located in our Calgary Office. The Financial Services Group routinely advises on the structuring and documentation of domestic and cross-border loan facilities. Our broad experience and expertise ranges from large syndicated multi-jurisdictional senior secured debt financings arranged by both domestic and foreign corporate banks to mid-market asset based and mezzanine loan transactions.

Qualifications

• Between 4 – 6 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills.
