Responsibilities :
The position allows for remote and face-to-face sales activities, offering geographical flexibility within the specified location - Developing Company's Market in Quebec and Ontario withEngage in sales to both new and existing customers, utilizing cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategiesIdentify and assess potential sales opportunities, crafting medium to long-term sales plans to enhance relationships and boost energy solution salesDrive towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship managementDevelop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure efficient sales operationsExpand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutionsRequired skills and experience :
Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the fieldDemonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $4million, highlighting strong sales capabilitiesExperience in effectively expanding territories, indicating strategic planning and execution abilitiesPossess a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks, contributing to informed sales discussionsProficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, enabling efficient customer relationship management, sales tracking, and bilingual (French / English) preferred
