Insurance Sales Agent - Commission-Based  Role                             (Make up to $100k / year Plus) If you’re ready to build a career in insurance sales, Experior Group is looking for Insurance Sales Agents for commission-based roles.

Qualifications :

  • Education and Licensing : ○ LLQP license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to complete the LLQP course and pass the provincial exam.
  • 100% reimbursement offered for pre-licensing fee through the company upon licensing).
  • A refundable registration fee of $150 is required for enrolment in this position.
  • Skills and Competencies : ○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A client-focused approach to identifying and addressing financial needs.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and clear manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience : ○ Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage but not required.
  • Technical Proficiency : ○ Comfort with digital tools and virtual platforms for communication and sales.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Work Ethic and Attitude : ○ Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
