Otis Elevator Company is searching for a recent graduate to develop their sales and business development skills while learning about the different products services and divisions within Otis as a highly motivated Sales Trainee.

Essential Responsibilities

During this 57-month training program you will have the opportunity to work our Sales Leadership Team exploring and learning the Modernization department. You will get first-hand experiences shadowing mechanics engaging in customer meetings and developing your sales skills in this unique program. At the end of the program you will present an area of opportunity to provide customer & sales excellence to leadership and transition to an official Sales or Account Manager role within Otis.

Basic Qualifications

Successful candidates must be willing and flexible to relocate to another Otis Canada OT if needed.

The salary range for this role is $60000-$70000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may change in the future. Pay within the range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance and business or organizational needs.
