Reporting to the Sr Manager of Production for the White Rose field, the Engineering co-op will support the production team with a diverse set of tasks. The candidate will support much of the team in providing high-quality support to our offshore operations. The position can involve work related to wells, subsea infrastructure and topside processes covering multiple disciplines.
The responsibilities of the role will vary based on operational issues experienced throughout the term, so change agility and task prioritization are critical.

What you’ll do
Support safe and reliable operations of offshore production facility.
Review daily production and equipment performance.
Support production optimization and environmental stewardship efforts.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on plans.
Work as a member of the team to troubleshoot operational issues.
Support development and deployment of new technologies.
Support flow assurance investigations.
Who you are
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications :
Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
Available to begin work in May 2026
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Critical thinker and ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, high-performing, team environment.
Flexible to changing work demands and ability to prioritize.
Innovative, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to encourage new ways of looking at problems, processes or solutions.

Education
Must be enrolled in a Process Engineering Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
