Job Title : Technician Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the installation and troubleshooting of cutting-edge ecommerce grocery automated technology. You will be involved in both the construction and maintenance of these advanced systems, ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, correct faults, and perform housekeeping of automated material handling equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues, escalating as necessary, and coach and mentor the production team to increase their knowledge.
• Maximize system performance and uptime through effective execution of maintenance-related activities.
• Investigate and resolve system material flow issues in collaboration with the operational production team.
• Facilitate continuous improvement activities by leveraging broad system knowledge and implementing site-specific enhancements.
