We’re looking for sales champions with technical expertise who thrive on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service installations. Impact and Responsibilities

You will be the frontline sales champion and technical expert in the community, serving as a trusted advisor in our customers’ homes. With your exceptional customer service and sales skills, you will help our customers fully experience the benefits of our growing suite of products and services. You’ll share our passion for leveraging our superior networks and the strength of our team to deliver unmatched value and innovative solutions to our customers’ homes, all while growing our business and customer satisfaction.

As a Service Professional, you’ll meet with customers in their homes, installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of services, including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone. You will also provide on‑site support, drive future growth by highlighting sales opportunities, and educate customers face‑to‑face on both new and existing products, all while increasing our sales and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

We provide an hourly wage of $27.70 plus sales commissions, annual bonuses and regular increases. This hourly wage includes a base wage of $25.70 with an additional $2 per hour for the recognized skill of Aerial Outside Plant Climbing (telephone pole climbing). Extensive training will be provided.
