WHO WE NEED : You’ve got charisma, charm, and can strike up a conversation with just about anyone – even our office plants. You can translate legislation and HR lingo into everyday speak and make it sound like a walk in the park. You’re a master of making connections and can build bridges where there were none. When challenges arise, you embrace them as opportunities and come up with creative solutions for resolution. You understand the importance of keeping secrets – like a vault but with more personality 😊 You know your way around HR software and Microsoft Office Suite like a pro. WHAT YOU HAVE : 3-5 years of making HR magic happen, ideally in a unionized and federally regulated workplace. Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other field where you mastered the art of people management. Familiar with the latest HR software and tools (Bamboo HR would be an asset).
