HVAC Technician (Subcontractor)

Position Overview

As an HVAC Subcontractor, you’ll perform residential installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and tankless systems. You’ll represent Polaron Home Comfort on‑site, ensuring every job meets our quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications, Ontario Building Code, and TSSA / ESA regulations.
• Ensure work is performed safely, neatly, and efficiently — with no damage to customer property.
• Maintain strong communication with the operations team for scheduling, job updates, and QA checks.
• Submit all required photos, serial numbers, and completion documents through the assigned system.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at every visit.
