Workplace Strategist

Our client, commercial real estate advisory is seeking a Workplace Strategist to join their team. Responsibilities :

• Support workplace strategy projects, including surveys, utilization studies, interviews, and workshops.
• Develop functional programs, space plans, and feasibility studies using strong CAD skills.
• Conduct data analysis and present findings clearly using advanced Excel tools.
• Coordinate across project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely, aligned deliverables.
• Facilitate the Project Discovery process, gathering insights through :
• Staff surveys and functional programming questionnaires
• Utilization and occupancy studies
• Focus groups and interviews
• Visioning sessions
• Benchmarking
• Translate research insights into strategic workplace solutions and design concepts.
