Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Advisor will be responsible for giving world-class in-home presentations and closing sales in homes.
They will engage in prospecting and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be passionate about providing customers with the highest level of service.

Responsibilities :
This position will include, but not be limited to the following :
Sales Presentations
- Conduct in-home HVAC sales presentations to potential customers
- Demonstrate product knowledge and highlight features and benefits
- Provide recommendations for products and services that meet customer needs
- Communicate pricing and financing options
Closing Sales
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales KPI’s
Lead Generation / Prospecting
- Conduct research and identify potential customers
- Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads
- Develop and maintain a network of referral sources
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
Learning and Professional Development
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and services
- Attend training sessions and seminars
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Continuously improve sales skills and techniques
Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the Install team to ensure smooth installations
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and concerns
- Provide feedback to management to improve processes and procedures to review market conditions
Qualifications :
- Valid drivers license for 3+ years, clean drivers abstract, and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer / member service and communication oriented
- 3+ years of relevant professional sales experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in a 100% commission sales role
- Positive mindset
- HVAC or construction trade experience is an asset
