Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing
Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while delivering patient-centered care, ensuring excellent customer service, workflow efficiency, and professional clinical services (disease state management, medication reviews and adherence, health risk assessments, injections / vaccines, etc.).Provide patient counselling and education for new therapy to patients / caregivers, tailored to literacy, hearing loss, privacy, and other needs.Initiate care plans, conduct follow-ups, and complete proper documentation.Collaborate with colleagues to deliver health & wellness services to all patients.Engage in all areas of Fusion to ensure a seamless pharmacy experience across locations.Ensure prescription safety, prioritizing technical guidance to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required.Understand and communicate corporate pharmacy service offerings / programs to meet patients’ health care needs.Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends; attend training as required.Adhere to regulatory requirements, Company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention, CQI).What You Have To Offer
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.Injection and First Aid Certification.Kroll software experience is preferred.We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to help teammates live better—physically, financially, and emotionally.
The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $51.50 - $61.50 per hour. We consider factors such as location, experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
