What you’ll do :

• Deliver exceptional service : Take food and drink orders and execute them in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
• Product knowledge : Provide detailed information about our menu offerings, and recommend food and drink options based on guest preferences.
• Quality control : Ensure all food and drinks meet our high‑quality standards before serving to guests.
• Promotions & upselling : Communicate current JRG promotions to guests and suggest add‑ons to enhance their experience.
• Payment handling : Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company standards : Follow all JRG' Policies and Procedures, including the daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service.
• Maintain cleanliness : Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks to keep the environment inviting and clean.
