Base pay range

CA$50,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr

Alair Homes Georgian Bay & Muskoka specializes in crafting high‑quality custom homes and renovations. Our Client Control™ system provides clients with complete transparency, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and professionalism.

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role plays a vital part in keeping projects on track, ensuring effective communication between clients, trades, and internal teams, and supporting Alair's high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
• Coordinate communications between clients, trades, suppliers, and team members.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Track project expenses, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure budget compliance.
• Support site operations by arranging deliveries, permits, and inspections as required.
• Maintain accurate records in our Client Control™ system and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Anticipate potential project challenges and elevate issues to Project Managers promptly.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings and follow‑ups.

Requirements

• Minimum 2‑4 years of experience in a construction or project coordination role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation is an asset.
