Law Clerk - Condominium

The ideal candidate must have some experience in condominium development law.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 2+ years of real estate experience with some exposure to condominium development is required.
• Ability to carry files from opening through to completion.
• Demonstrated proficiency and professionalism in corresponding with third parties.
• Strong knowledge of Teraview, Conveyancer and Microsoft Office programs.
