ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retentionLeading and / or guiding Hubspot implementations (Sales, Service and Marketing Hubs)Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experienceUse data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion and retention ratesCollaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvementsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operationsConduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growthTrain clients on systems, processes and innovation to drive engagement and efficienciesIdentify and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations processAttend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the companyProvide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and toolsContribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations processRequirements and skills3-7 years of experience in revenue operations or a related fieldHubspot Certified in Revenue Operations and Inbound MethodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performanceFamiliarity with sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systemsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a teamKnowledge of the sales process and the company’s target audience and goalsAbility to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growthStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projectsFlexibility and adaptability to changeA desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skillsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
