Monday to Friday, 11 : 00 a.m. – 7 : 00 p.m.Weekends : Up to 5 hours per week, scheduled based on business needs.Compensation
Base Salary : $42,000 to $50,000Commission : Performance-basedResponsibilities
Scout for prospective tenants through industry network events, open houses, and other opportunities.Manage your calendar effectively to maximize availability and flexibility for tenant showings.Automate and coordinate unit showings, ensuring high‑quality experiences for prospects.Follow up with prospective tenants after viewings to close leads efficiently.Manage CRM and Yardi entries for all leads, appointments, and application statuses.Use Naborly (or similar software) to screen and qualify prospective tenants, including background checks, social media reviews, debt‑to‑income ratios, and financial assessments to minimize risk.Track security deposits from prospective tenants to reserve units and offer to lease documentation.Coordinate pre‑leasing property preparations, such as scheduling potential clients, photographers, and third parties.Work closely with residents to facilitate communication between management and tenants, and assist with administrative tasks.Ensure all leasing listings remain accurate and up to date.Conduct guided tours and apartment viewings for prospective tenants.Provide weekend and evening coverage on a rotating basis to ensure 7‑day responsiveness.Draft legally sound, detailed lease agreements.Address and record rule violations as necessary.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop unique tools to advertise Quest’s properties.Assist residents in finding apartments that suit their needs.Host open houses at multiple Quest properties during the pre‑leasing stages.Qualifications
Prior real estate experience is strongly preferred.Bilingual proficiency in English and French (verbal and written).Demonstrates urgency and professionalism with all client interactions.Maintains composure under pressure and manages multiple priorities effectively.Consistently meets deadlines and follows through on commitments.Friendly, organized, and reliable communicator.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) and Adobe.Experience with Yardi software is an asset.Comfortable with learning new technologies and systems.Self‑motivated and proactive.Post‑secondary education is an asset.Benefits
