Responsibilities

• Process sales and leasing transactions in Karmak ERP.
• Collaborate with the sales department to evaluate sales and leasing opportunities.
• Reconcile and maintain financing / debt schedule and sub‑ledger.
• Reconcile and maintain lease receivable schedule and sub‑ledger.
• Reconcile and maintain fleet asset schedule and sub‑ledger.
• Maintain accuracy of costing in sales and service templates.
• Complete weekly progress reports for sales transactions.
• Perform other month‑end activities and account reconciliations as required.
• Support interim and year‑end audit schedules.
• Oversee year‑end parts and trailer inventory process.
• Complete and file HST returns.
• Participate in other analysis activities and projects as required.
