Le poste

  • Gérer le fonctionnement de la succursale au quotidien afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente et de profit à court et à long terme.
  • Établir des plans d’affaires pour la succursale qui appuient le plan d’ensemble de WWG / Totaline.
  • Donner aux employés de la succursale le leadership qui leur permettra d’atteindre leurs objectifs personnels.
  • Gérer et encadrer les employés grâce au perfectionnement, à la formation, aux évaluations du rendement, à l’embauche et à l’accueil.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations à long terme avec la clientèle.
  • Réaliser les objectifs prévus dans les plans en contrôlant les dépenses, le fonds de roulement et le niveau des stocks.
  • Établir les plans de marketing et de promotion de la succursale.
  • Diriger tous les aspects de l’administration de la succursale, y compris les dépôts bancaires, les communications, les initiatives de qualité 5S, les garanties et les exigences en matière de rapports.
  • Fournir un milieu de travail sûr qui favorise le perfectionnement des employés et un excellent service à la clientèle.
  • Bilingue Français et anglais Parlé et écrit

Aptitudes et comportements

  • Posséder au moins 8 à 10 ans d’expérience de la vente et des services techniques dans l’industrie du CVCAR ou une industrie connexe
  • Détenir un diplôme d’un programme de CVCAR ou une expérience de travail équivalente
  • Démontrer d’excellentes aptitudes à la communication et de l’entregent.
  • Connaître le domaine de la réfrigération
  • Une expérience de gestion ou de leadership serait préférable
  • Solides connaissances de l’informatique, de même qu’un bon sens de l’organisation
  • Capacité de motiver les employés et de prendre d’importantes décisions d’affaires
  • Attitude positive
  • Enthousiasme et capacité d’entrer en relation avec les clients et les employés

About the Job Sales Centre Manager (CE Canada)

CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC / R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a full-line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories.

CE has 36 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applications for an Sales Centre Manager.

Reporting To : Wholesale Area Manager

Location : Saint Laurent, QC

The Opportunity

  • Oversee the sales & profitability and sale center operations goals related to EBIT, Area Sales, Area LIPI, Area ecommerce, PI accuracy for a group of Sales Centers in an assigned market
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales center to achieve short- and long-term sales and profit objectives
  • Develop business plans for the sales center that supports the overall Region and CEC plan
  • Provide leadership to the sales center employees so that they may accomplish their individual goals
  • Manage and coach employees through individual development, training, performance reviews, hiring and orientation
  • Participate in the recruiting process to hire and train new Counter Sales Associates and Sales Center Managers; manage the Sales Centers in the respective market to develop, coach and motivate the teams to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales and EBIT targets are met
  • Oversee and conduct regular audits, sales and business reviews using business intelligence (BI) tools to identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers
  • Achieve plan performance by controlling expenses, working capital and inventory levels
  • Optimize customer experience through E-Commerce
  • Develop sales center marketing promotions and plans
  • Direct all aspects of sales center admin, including bank deposits, communications, quality initiatives, and warranty and reporting requirements
  • Provide a safe working environment that encourages employee development and high customer service
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written to a wide variety of skill / knowledge levels in addition to possessing excellent presentation skills

Skills and Behaviours

  • Proven experience managing a branch with proven business results
  • 2 - 3 years of industrial experience, college degree in business or equivalent education and experience preferred;
  • Computer literacy
  • Good product knowledge preferred
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and well organized
  • Ability to motivate employees and make critical business decisions
  • Enthusiastic and engaged with customers and employees
