Job description

Acro Commerce is looking for a Sales Development Representative to effectively guide prospective clients through the buyer’s cycle, nurture them into lasting relationships, and help prospects identify pain points that increase their ROI.

That’s done. Now here’s what we really want : an eager sales hunter – someone with a relentless drive who masters consistent prospecting activities, builds rapport over the phone, by email, and in person, and thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment.

The successful candidate will be able to :

  • Think on their feet and demonstrate exceptional problem‑solving skills
  • Self‑motivate and keep themselves disciplined
  • Build strong rapport with clients and prospects via phone, email, and in‑person
  • Keep themselves and their tasks organized using the CRM software
  • Actively hunt for new leads and potential clients
  • Handle rejection without letting it affect their work
  • Collaborate and work well in a team environment
  • Meet sales targets and quotas
  • Work toward win / win relationships
  • Set proper expectations and deliver on time

Relative Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in a sales position
  • Proficiency with sales systems (e.g., Sandler Training)
  • Consultative B2B sales
  • Industry‑related experience : Web Development, E‑commerce, and / or Digital Marketing
  • Comfortable with CRM software
  • A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development
  • Excellent internet connection and adequate hardware to sustain an hour‑long conference call without issues
  • Fluency in English

  • Salary range : We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is $70,000–$80,000 CAD. Actual compensation may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
