The Job!
You will be responsible for supporting dealerships and customers with their auto finance needs. You will :
- Manage communications with dealerships and / or customers
- Maintain files and documents in a highly organized manner
- Assist with various inquiries and problem solving
- Escalate unresolved issues when required
- Conduct follow-up on ongoing matters or concerns
- Support colleagues and other departments if needed
- Other tasks as assigned
What you bring to the job
You value teamwork, respect, and mutual trust, and you are motivated to be part of a hard-working and collaborative team. You also have :
- Fluent in both English and French at a native or bilingual level
- Experience in a customer-facing role and providing excellent service
- Strong communication (written and verbal), listening, and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Secondary / high school diploma
- Completed post-secondary education preferred
