BILINGUAL : ENGLISH & FRENCH

The Job!

You will be responsible for supporting dealerships and customers with their auto finance needs. You will :

  • Manage communications with dealerships and / or customers
  • Maintain files and documents in a highly organized manner
  • Assist with various inquiries and problem solving
  • Escalate unresolved issues when required
  • Conduct follow-up on ongoing matters or concerns
  • Support colleagues and other departments if needed
  • Other tasks as assigned

What you bring to the job

You value teamwork, respect, and mutual trust, and you are motivated to be part of a hard-working and collaborative team. You also have :

  • Fluent in both English and French at a native or bilingual level
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and providing excellent service
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Secondary / high school diploma
  • Completed post-secondary education preferred
