Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) SpringSummer 2026

The Fairmont Student Work Experience Program offers current Hospitality and Culinary students the opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on experience in a world-class hotel environment. You will work alongside seasoned professionals applying your classroom learning in a real-world setting and develop the practical skills essential for a successful career in the luxury hospitality industry.

To be eligible Students must be enrolled on a Hospitality or Culinary program at the time the program begins.

Start Date : April / May 2026

End Date : September 2026

Successful applicants will be matched to available positions based on previous relevant work experience area of studies and the hotels operational requirements.
