Job Summary
Production Workers are trained in multiple areas of Delta Intelligent Building Technologies’ manufacturing department. From time to time, Production Workers may be moved around to perform different roles in different areas of manufacturing to accommodate the changing demands of the business. Production Workers’ duties will vary depending on experience, training and ability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate action to prevent problems within the product, process or quality system.
- Document problems within the product, process or quality system.
- Contribute to the solution of problems.
- Verify the implementation of corrective action.
- Control further process until the problem is corrected.
- Perform component verifications and set up SMT and TH machines.
- Perform visual inspection of product to meet IPC standards.
- Record defects by serial number in the Delta Production software.
- Rework faults that fall below standards.
- Process final assembly and perform final test.
- Transport finished inventory to stock.
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
Perform repetitive tasks under time constraints to meet deadlines.Work in a team environment.Be punctual and maintain good attendance.Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.Good communication and comprehension skills, verbal and written.Operate basic hand tools (manual and electric).Follow example documentation to meet product requirements.Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent.

Surrey, British Columbia – On‑site.
Employment Type
Full‑time, Permanent.
Compensation
$19.2 / hr (base salary for new hires across all Canadian locations). Actual compensation may vary.
