Reporting to the Director of Menu Pricing, this individual will manage the process of implementing price changes for the Tim Hortons Canada menu. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, using findings to inform pricing strategies, briefing the Test Markets team and analyzing test results, and coordinating with internal teams (POS, POP, etc.) to execute price changes. They will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams throughout the entire price change process, and for owners during rollouts.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the execution from end-to-end across ~4000 centrally controlled restaurants
• Execute A/B test markets to simulate price changes in real restaurant environments
• Manage an industry leading price clustering algorithm that allows price changes to occur at a granular local level
• Create and co-present executive presentations for potential price changes and business updates
• Develop bi-weekly POS download files and quarterly price change files that will lead to flawless execution on the POS and menu boards
• Clearly communicate price changes to all stakeholders (POS team, franchise owners, leadership)
• Leverage several data sets with the latest analytical methods to quantify pricing results and estimate sales and profitability impacts
• Protect against business risk exposure from inaccurate pricing

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3+ years of work experience in Pricing, Data Analytics or related fields
• University degree in Economics, Business, Analytics, Finance or related fields
• Advanced skill in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Sigma
• Experience in a wide variety of analytical processes
• Knowledge and experience of applicable procedures and requirements related to pricing
• Highly organized, thorough and detail-oriented
• Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously in a work environment that demands flexibility, adaptability and ambiguity
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• QSR, CPG or Retail experience preferred

Base salary range of $100,000 – $130,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.
